The Market is a listing space where parents share second-hand items. The sales contract is formed directly between seller and buyer; Inga Baby is not a seller, intermediary or carrier.
1. Parties
The sale takes place between the seller who posts the listing and the buyer who takes the item. Inga Baby only provides the platform on which the listing is published. The platform operator is VeriSet A.Ş.
2. Who Is Responsible for What?
- Seller: responsible for the item description, its condition, its price and the handover.
- Buyer: checks the item on handover and pays in person.
- Inga Baby: is not a party to the sale and cannot be held liable for payment, handover, defects or meetings.
3. Payment and Handover
- Pay and hand over in person, in a safe place.
- Do not pay before you have seen and checked the item.
- Inga Baby has no payment or escrow system.
4. Withdrawal and Returns
Because these sales are between consumers, the withdrawal provisions of distance sales do not apply as they would to a business seller. Return conditions are agreed between the parties. Inga Baby is not a party to any dispute, but you can report listings that break the rules from within the app.
