By using the Inga Baby mobile application (the "App"), you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use. The App is operated by VeriSet A.Ş.
1. Scope of the Service
The App offers support features such as pregnancy tracking, baby care, breastfeeding/sleep/feeding reminders, menstrual cycle tracking and development records, as well as Community (posts, groups, stories, messages, live rooms) and Market (second-hand listings) sections. The App is for information and support; it does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or professional healthcare.
2. Membership and Account
- You must be over 18 to register.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and you will not share your account with anyone else.
- Each user may open only one account.
- Your account may be suspended if you enter false or misleading information.
3. User Obligations
- You will use the App in accordance with the law and general rules of decency.
- You will not enter other people's personal or medical data without permission.
- You will not attempt to disable the App's security measures or reverse engineer it.
- You are legally responsible for the photos and content you upload.
4. Community Rules
- You will use respectful language and will not compare other parents or babies.
- You will not share misleading or unlawful content, or content containing harassment or hate, or that infringes the rights of others.
- You will not share your own or others' personal data, such as phone numbers, in public areas.
- You can report posts, comments, rooms and messages, and block or mute people.
- Content that breaks the rules may be removed; accounts may be warned, restricted or suspended. You can appeal removed content and sanctions from within the app.
- Uploaded photos pass a safety scan before they go live.
5. Market and Listings
Listings in the Market are created by users. Sales take place directly between seller and buyer; Inga Baby is not a party to, an intermediary of or a carrier for any sale and offers no payment or escrow system. The person who posts a listing is responsible for its content, the condition of the item and the price.
- Pay and hand over in person in a safe place; do not send a deposit or payment without seeing the item.
- Phone numbers cannot be written in listing text; contact goes through in-app messages.
- Listings stay live for 30 days; listings that break the rules may be removed.
- Optional boost packages are offered as in-app purchases.

6. Intellectual Property
The App interface, logo, content texts and software code belong to Inga Baby. They may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission. The copyright in content uploaded by users remains with the user; however, you grant us a limited, revocable license to use it so that we can provide the service.
7. Fees and Purchases
The App offers a free basic tier. Additional features and boost packages may be offered as in-app purchases (App Store / Google Play). Purchases are managed through the platform's official stores; cancellation and refund requests are subject to the policy of the relevant store.
8. Suspension of the Service
Accounts that violate the Terms of Use may be suspended or deleted. The service may be temporarily interrupted because of technical maintenance, a security incident or a change in legislation.
9. Limits of Liability
The App is provided "as is". Inga Baby is not liable for direct or indirect damages that may arise from decisions made on the basis of content or AI suggestions in the App, from transactions between users, from defects in items or from meetings. Always consult a healthcare professional for health and emergency decisions.
10. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete My Account. The deletion request is completed within 30 days. Audit records under a legal retention obligation (KVKK Art. 12) continue to be kept for 5 years.
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the App.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated. Significant changes are announced in the app or by email. The current version is always published at ingababy.net/en/legal/kullanim-kosullari.html.
